Jon Scheyer at the point

Coack K has been very pleased at how well Jon Scheyer has been practicing at point guard.  Scheyer will be called upon to be the floor general as Greg Paulus is out with a foot injury for another 3-4 weeks.  Scheyer can bring the ball up the coart and run the offense pretty well and the Duke players are gaining more confidence in him every day from report out of Durham.

Josh McRoberts will also help with some of the ball handling.  You might be asking why would a center be bringing the ball up the coart?  Well McRoberts has shown his great ball handling skills, and he will use that ability to bring the opposing teams center away from the basket to open up the paint for other Duke players.

We will all get to see how well the point guard play is on Saturday when the Blue Devils have their blue / white scrimmage.  If you still need tickets to the scrimmage we do have some available here.

Looking for Duke Basketball Tickets?  You just got lucky as we have tickets every home and away game and I’m not talking just nosebleed seats, we got the center coart, floor action seats!  Get them before they are gone!  Duke Basketball is hot, and so are their tickets!
