Duke receives #2 seed in the East Region

A couple of hours after the Duke Blue Devils won the ACC Tournament, they learned where they would be in the NCAA Tournament bracket as they were placed in the East region with a number two seed. The Blue Devils won’t have to travel too far as they will be starting off the tournament in Greensboro.
The first round will have Duke playing Binghamton. Binghamton will bring a 23-8 record into the game but I do not expect the Blue Devils to have any problem beating them and moving on into the secound round. I would assume that the Blue Devils would take on Texas in the second round.
Other teams in the East region are the number one seed Pitt, UCLA, Villanova, and Florida State. I really likes Duke’s chances in this bracket and expect them to move into the Sweet 16 and take on Villanova which would be a great game to watch.
